You will play a key role in further developing the sales of the products and solutions for electrotechnical insulation paper on a global market. You will lead a competent team, and drive and develop long-term, successful customer relationships, both independently and with your stakeholders. About the Position
As Sales Manager for Electrotechnical Paper, you will have the overall responsibility for all sales of products and services within electrotechnical paper. The role is a key position within Ahlstrom’s Business Unit Technical Materials and one of our identified areas for growth. You operate on both a strategic and tactical level, as well as on operational level and you will lead a team of three employees. You report to Head of Sales Business Unit Technical Materials.
You are expected to identify and coordinate as well as drive new business opportunities with the company’s existing customers. This entails close cooperation with both internal and external stakeholders. Optimal resource utilization, along with the continuous effort to maintain a relevant product, price, and service offering, are key focus areas. A sizeable part of your time will be spent actively engaging with customers. Delivering complex contract assignments and maintaining, as well as building long-lasting customer relationships is an essential part of the role.
About You
We are looking for someone with experience in sales, with proven results from complex customer-unique solutions, preferably technical project oriented. You have worked internationally and are comfortable handling entire sales processes – from prospecting to negotiation and closing. If you have acquired your experience within the industry this is an advantage, but not a requirement. The role requires fluency in English, both spoken and written.
