‍About the Position

As Project Manager you will lead one or a few product development projects within the Customer Solution Unit targeting our global professional customers within commercial lawn and garden area. You will be a part of the team delivering to Green Space Professionals, CSU, which belongs to the Husqvarna Forest & Garden Division. These products and solutions are of high priority and have an escalating customer demand.

As Project Manager you are tasked with managing product development projects on time, with the right scope, right cost and quality. This to support and enable the product and services launch ambitions.

The role as a Project Manager is highly varied, and your focus will shift between different functions and different levels of detail throughout the project. As you plan and lead all high-level activities throughout the projects you also report project status, formulate recommendations, and seek decisions from the Steering Committee. To be able to achieve this, you need to work proactively with all relevant stakeholders, securing that the necessary communication flows freely. As a vital part of leading and managing the project team you formulate and manage solutions to project deviations together with the project team. 

About You

We believe that you have relevant successful experience from managing teams, planning, budgeting, financial follow-up, and risk management, preferably within product development. To qualify for this position, you also have a university degree within a relevant area. As project manager you are a good communicator, fluent in Swedish and English, written as well as spoken.

You are a goal oriented and structured problem solver, but also pragmatic enough to look for solutions in line with the conditions characterizing an agile organization. To present and drive your initiatives forward comes natural to you. Likewise, you possess the ability to regularly shift focus from a detailed to high level view.

Good to know

You report to Head of PMO, Global Pro GSP and the position is located in Huskvarna. However, over time you can work about 50% remote.
